Compose Durable and General Powers of Attorney which provide an agent with general control of an principal's assets even upon the disability of the principal.
Author Trusts designed to resolve cash flow issues and permit the use of monies under specific circumstances and time frames, as outlined by the settler.
FAMILY LAW:
Represent clients regarding Alimony, Annulment, Child Custody, Child Support, Contempt,
Divorce, Personal and Real Property Distribution, and Pension issues.

Drafted court briefs outlining legal arguments for both the District and Circuit of Maryland.
Composed legal complaints upon which clients sought to redress grievances via the court process.
Authored memorandums of law arguing legal changes in Maryland State law. Said memorandums were submitted to Appellate Courts.
Transported and filed court papers.
Acquired and maintained interoffice computer systems.
In 1993, I was admitted to the Maryland Bar, and was asked to join Keiffer, Johnston & Reinstein as an associate attorney.
